
Here's what we plan to eat this week...
Breakfasts:
Fruity Bagels
Baked Oatmeal
Lunches:
PB&J or Chicken Salad Sandwiches
Yogurt
Carrots
Pickles
Fruit
Dinners:
M - leftover Chicken, Pineapple, & Fresh Tomato Pizza on Homemade Crust
T - Tuna Salad Sandwiches, Baked Zucchini & Tomatoes with Cheese
W - leftovers
Th - Mexican Lasagna, Cornbread
F - leftovers
S - Vegetable-Beef Soup*, Cheese Bread
S - leftovers
Dessert:
Fresh Peach Cobbler w/ Vanilla Ice Cream
*Vegetable-Beef Soup
Some things I threw in the crockpot one day and thought turned out pretty good...
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
Italian seasoning
1 large can tomato juice (whatever size it is at Aldi)
1-2 beef boullion cubes w/ water (or beef broth)
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
