Here are the ingredients for the salsa we have been eating (and loving):
3 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. chopped red onion
1/4 to 1/2 c. fresh cilantro
1 and 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 garlic cloves
2 jalepenos
I didn't make this myself. My husband's mom did, and she was thoughtful enough to bring the recipe with her. So anyways, I don't have any specific advice. I did notice, though, that the flavors blend more as it sits overnight. It gets more salsa -y and less pico de gallo -ish. I like it both ways.
