
Here's what's on our menu this week. I am looking forward to these main dish recipes much more than last week's :)
Breakfasts:

Granola
Lunches:
PB&J w/ side, fruit, and dessert
Dinners:
M- Chicken Club Wraps*
T- Wraps again
W- Chili Cornbread Salad**
Th- Chili Cornbread salad again
F- Spanish Rice
S- Spanish Rice again
S- Frozen Pizza
Sides/Dessert:
Fruit: bananas, apples, oranges
Fresh Asparagus (free from the in-laws)
Fresh Green Beans
Cottage Cheese
Chips
Ice Cream (cookies’n’cream and rocky road)
Chocolate Chip Cookies
* Chicken Club wrap ingredients: cold shredded chicken (pre-cooked in the crock-pot), cheddar cheese, avocado, tomato, lettuce, dressing (bacon thousand island or ranch), and whole wheat tortillas.
** On the Chili Cornbread Salad, I think I will assemble ½ for the first night, and then save the ingredients and assemble ½ on the second night so that it doesn’t get soggy.
