An Experiment: Rhubarb Coffee Cake
I made 2 8x8 pans of this Big Crumb Coffee Cake with Rhubarb to take to church tomorrow. The only thing I've ever made with rhubarb before is strawberry-rhubarb pie, which both my husband and I like a lot. (His grandma freezes bags of fresh, chopped rhubarb every year and gives us some for our freezer, which is great.) I just hope other people at church besides me like rhubarb!

Don't worry, I've got it covered. I'll eat the whole thing if given the opportunity. Rhubarb is a special delicacy in my family, and I'm saddened that Mike doesn't love its tartness like I do.
Yummy! I am so looking forward to the treats at church today! I LOVE rhubarb!
