
This week, lunches will be a little different... partly due to the fact that it is the end of the month and I want to use stuff we have instead of making another trip to the store and blowing the budget, and partly due to the fact that we are a little tired of sandwiches and a hot lunch is a nice thing when the weather starts turning colder :)
It will be a little of an experiment to see if it is too much cooking for me or not. Most of the lunches will have to be made in the evenings so we can pack them for the next day. (Then they'll get reheated at lunchtime.)
Breakfast Choices:
Oatmeal
Oatmeal
Bananas
Tuesday: Biscuits and Gravy
Thursday-Friday: Chili Cheese Dogs (with Leftover Chili from the freezer)
Saturday-Sunday: Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup and Bread
-all served with apples on the side-

Monday - Mexican Tortilla Skillet, Cornbread
Tuesday - Lasagna, Green Beans
Wednesday - Leftovers
Thursday - Chicken Pot Pie
Friday - Leftovers
Saturday - Tomato & Spinach Pasta Toss
Sunday - Leftovers
Dessert:
No-Peel Apple Cake

I really need to start planning and providing more variety for our breakfasts and lunches.
