
I bought a little jar of this Better Than Bouillion today while I was picking up a few things at Wal-Mart. I need beef bouillion for the Plaza III Steak Soup that I plan to make later this week, but I am trying to avoid MSG. I don't know if this stuff is really any better for the body, but we will give it a shot!
Anyone have any other good suggestions for what to use in recipes that call for bouillion?

I love the bases and use them all the time. I use a different brand but I think they work good and are cheaper in the end.
We use Better than Bouillon. We have the chicken and the vegetable in the fridge. I believe they do contain "autolyzed yeast extract", which is somehow related to MSG, but I like the way they taste and how little room they take up in the fridge.
