
We enjoyed our break from granola last week. We especially liked the waffles. They are the closest thing to Eggos that I've made. Yay for no sugar in them!
This week I plan to splurge some and try some new recipes since I don't have to be responsible for making a big Thanksgiving dinner.

Wednesday - imitation Panera Breakfast Bakes
Thursday - Thanksgiving with family
Friday - Spinach & Chevre Pizza
Saturday - Leftovers
Sunday - Thanksgiving with family
Dessert:
Peppernuts (cookies, recipe to come)
