Let me know what you think of the Chili Chicken Mac. It took me a few tries to get it to a consistency and flavor I liked (especially when I started to substitute homemade macaroni and cheese instead of the blue box kind) but it is a great and fun recipe. Especially if you like to add veggies. Mmmm... veggies covered in cheese!
