Oatmeal or Cereal with Milk (Oats/granola have not sat well with me lately, so I am resorting to the boxes of cereal...Cold milk over something crunchy usually sounds good in the morning.)
Bananas or Grapefruit
Multigrain English Muffins with Peanut Butter
Lunches:
PB&J, Grilled Cheese, or Fish Sticks
Carrots
Yogurt
Strawberries or Cantelope
Dinners:
Monday - Creamy Potato Soup, Salad
Tuesday - Leftovers
Wednesday - Bean, Cheese, & Rice Burritos, Salad
Thursday - Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Salad, Bread
Friday - Leftovers
Saturday - Leftovers
Sunday - Pineapple-Pepperjack Chicken, Corn (This seems like it has been on our menu several times lately, but we haven't always gotten to it.)
