Banana Bread

This is the banana bread I made last week. I will be sticking with this recipe. I like that it has more bananas and less sugar than most other banana bread recipes. (I just need to remember it might need to bake a little longer in my oven.) Thanks, Katie!

Thanks for sharing Emily! I made some banana bread last week- it made the house smell SO good! I have a couple bananas ripening to make some more this week. I might have to give that recipe a try sometime!

Oh good! I'm so glad you liked it. It doesn't last long in my house. Sometimes I'll double the recipe (which means SEVEN ripe bananas!) and freeze some of the muffins. They freeze really well and I pull the full loaves out for company.

I may have to make some this week...I see bananas browning on the counter as we speak. :)
