We had some leftover pizza that was pretty dry (not much sauce) and chewy. It had been left out for an unknown period of time, so I didn't feel safe eating it cold. Last night we had some for dinner - heated up. Here's what I did with it today for lunch, and it turned out surprisingly good:
I cut it crosswise into strips using the pizza slicer.
Heated it thoroughly.
Serve it with ranch dipping sauce.
You could use marinara if you prefer.
Cheese-y breadsticks. Yum!
