Corn Casserole

Or what I like to call baked corn or corny cornbread.
Recipe given to me from my mother-in-law.

1 16 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1 16 oz. can creamed style corn
1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick melted butter
1 c. sour cream

Mix all ingredients.
Add sour cream last.
Pour into 2 qt. greased dish.
Bake @ 350 for 1 hr.

Thanks for joining in! This is one dish that I used to make a lot... one of my faves. Not my hubby's favorite, so I stopped making it. But I bet my kids would love it. Thanks for posting it!

This sounds delicious! I think my little girl would love it. It sounds like it would be nice and moist...which is great because I hate dry cornbread. :)
