Menu Plan 10/25/10


Breakfasts:
Healthy Soaked Pumpkin Muffins
Cereal with Milk
Baked Soaked Oatmeal
Eggs and Toast

Lunches:
Sandwiches or
Pita Chips and Hummus
Carrots and Kelly's Ranch Dressing
Apples, Pears

Dinners:
Monday - Leftover Brats, Beans & Rice
Tuesday - Salmon Melts (didn't have these last week), Peas
Wednesday - Chicken Tortilla Soup
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Breakfast Bagel Sandwiches
Saturday - Grilled Chicken Wraps (didn't have these either), Salad
Sunday - Fish Sticks, Broccoli
