Reflective and Contemplative

Here are my thoughts from December 31st:

I am feeling a little nervous for the new year. I think it is because 2010 was a pretty "nice" and rather uneventful year (in a "nice" way) for our little family... so I feel like 2011 just might be crazy. With what? I don't know!

I need to remember that I am not in control, and to trust God.


Then I read the first few sentences from AshleyAnn's blog:

2010 was a gift. 2011 will be too. I can’t wait to live it.

And I felt much better.
