
Regarding last week's menu plan.... We didn't have the omelets, so those are back in the mix. I did make some Cheesy Bow Ties (except with penne, and no romano) and they were yummy once again. (I also used a tomato from the freezer, not canned tomatoes.) We also had Rice, Bean, and Cheese Casserole - which is actually more like a skillet dish. We ate it with homemade guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and chips!
