Menu Plan 3/1/10


I went shopping today!  The fridge and pantry are restocked!

Two new things I want to try this month are quinoa and using spelt flour.  I'll let you know what we thinnk.

Breakfasts:
Soaked Oatmeal
Milk
Smoothies

Lunches:
PB&J or Tuna Sandwiches
Chips & Salsa
Yogurt
Apples

Dinners:
Monday - Leftovers
Tuesday - Mexican Casserole (with Chicken)
Wednesday - Leftovers
Thursday - Green Quinoa and Avocado Salad
Friday - Leftovers
Satuday - Cheesy Bow Ties, Italian Bread, Salad Greens
Sunday - Leftovers
