Dark Chocolate Cupcakes with Ganache

Here is another recipe I am dying to try: Dark Chocolate Cupcakes with Ganache.

They are the reason I bought the baby food prunes a few weeks back.  But, sadly, they will have to wait until Lent is over.  Or, hmm, maybe I could make them for someone... but then I would be really tempted to try one...

(I would use real sugar in place of the Splenda that is called for.)
