
This is our first week with our box of produce from Door to Door Organics. I was so excited to get it on Friday. I think it will make us dedicate a greater portion of our diet to fresh fruits and vegetables. And help us consume a wider assortment of fruits and vegetables than I might normally buy, as well.

Friday - Egg Salad Sandwiches, Baked Yams
Saturday - dinner with friends
