Just some stuff floating around in my head.

My recent sewing/craft project: this summer bag made from a clearance pillowcase.  If it gets destroyed from being thrown around this summer, I won't care too much.

Here are Martha's directions for making it.

Some movies I've watched lately that I didn't expect to like, but did:

• Warrior (cliche, but I still liked it once it got past the first few minutes)
• The Rebound (the kids made me laugh out loud)
• Crazy, Stupid, Love (sad, hilarious, hopeful)
• The Vow (expected to hate it because my sister thought it was terrible but I wouldn't go that far... Channing Tatum actually acted in this one instead of just clenching his jaw)

They are not family-friendly, just to warn you.

Do you like the modest, retro swimsuits from modcloth?  Check out this one-piece ....from WALMART. 

Yes, I just said Walmart!  It is not really the right cut for me, I think I would need longer legs to wear it, but it is so cute, so reasonably priced, and gets hundreds of rave reviews!  Too good to not share.  Just in case it is right for someone reading out there.
